The Board currently has six sitting Directors


Mike Hollett - Chairman

Mike Hollett is the current Chairman of the Western Australian Water Corporation and a former Chairman of the Pilbara Development Commission.

In his previous role as a former CEO of the National Lifestyle Villages Group, he acquired extensive property sector experience specialising in the affordable delivery of new housing estates and resources sector accommodation communities.

Mike joined the Ocean Gardens Board in 2013 and was elected Chairman in 2016.


Anthony Kinder - Deputy Chairman

Anthony Kinder is the owner and Managing Director of Wilson & Hart, a home building company.

He previously held senior roles in the building industry including Chief Financial Officer at BGC Residential. Mr Kinder has over 20 years’ experience in the building and finance industry and is a past President of the Housing Industry Association (HIA)WA.

Mr Kinder was appointed Deputy Chairman and Chair of the Audit Risk & Compliance Committee in August 2017.


Kylie Gilbey

Kylie is currently Chair of Freshwater Council (80 lot strata complex) and completing her Doctorate of Business Administration on the thesis topic of the ‘’Effect of Business Networks on Access to Capital’.  Prior to this, Kylie was Business Development Director of a national strategic financial advisory company, and Director of a large NFP social and affordable housing company, holding the additional positions of Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee, and Member of the Investment Committee. 

Her early career was spent in property finance and corporate banking, both in Australia and overseas, and Kylie is a previous scholarship winner from WA Government for Emerging Female Leaders, Mentor and Fellow of FINSIA, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and recently completed her MBA.

Kylie was appointed to the Board in August 2017.


Felicite Black

Felicite Black holds a Masters Degree in Business, a Bachelor of Arts and Diplomas in Nursing and Midwifery. She retains several professional memberships including being a member of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards Alumni as a Western Australian finalist.

Felicite’s wide experience in Health & Community Services spans a career of more than 30 years. Initially training as a Registered Nurse Felicite quickly progressed into management roles. During her career she has held senior appointments in private health insurance, private hospitals, specialist medical practices, aged and community care, occupational health, youth mental health and suicide prevention.

Felicite joined the Board of Ocean Gardens in 2016.


Lee Verios

Mr Verios has more than 40 years’ experience as a senior commercial and property lawyer in Western Australia.

Before his retirement from active practice in 2011 he had worked in large and smaller specialised firms and often took on senior managerial roles in addition to his legal work. Mr Verios is also an experienced Company Director having been a director of a number of publicly listed and private companies, across a range of industries. His current Directorships include the Decmil Group Ltd, Finbar Ltd, Wyllie Group Pty Ltd and The Hellenic Initiative Australia Ltd, a Not for Profit organisation.

Ray Glickman

Ray Glickman

Ray Glickman holds Master’s degrees in Business, Applied Social Studies and Psychology & Philosophy. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In 1995 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the City of Fremantle before joining Amana Living in 2004 in the role of Chief Executive Officer. Ray left Amana Living in 2016 to focus on writing, board directorships and establishing his consultancy business, From Left Field.

Ray has served on many boards and committees. He is currently a Member of the Statutory Planning Committee with the WA Planning Commission, Director of writing WA, Director of Uniting Way WA, Director and former Deputy President of Aged & Community Services Australia and Director and former President of Aged & Community Services WA. His previous board appointments include President of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Therapy Focus Inc. and Chairman of the West Australian Maritime Museum Advisory Board. 

Ray joined the Board of Ocean Gardens in 2016.
