She brings deep expertise from the not-for-profit health and disability services sector, where she currently serves as General Manager of Finance at Ability WA, a leading disability service provider.

Since joining Ocean Gardens three years ago, Amanda has led the successful implementation of a new finance system and a fully integrated HR/payroll platform. She has also streamlined key financial and operational processes, delivering greater efficiency and improved organisational performance.
