Redevelopment Project Approved

We are excited to share that our apartment redevelopment project has received planning approval from the WA Planning Commission!

This is a significant milestone and we are proud to be working alongside our development partner, Bode, and the talented team at Hames Sharley, whose innovative and thoughtful design is helping bring our vision to life.

Located near the Balandi Way entrance to the village, the project will deliver 24 spacious new apartments, expanding and enhancing the existing retirement village with modern living options specifically designed to support residents to age in place.

We look forward to sharing more updates as this project progresses.
