Alison has almost 20 years of experience in retirement living. From overseeing a portfolio of villages to managing individuals including just recently the commissioning of one of the newest villages in Perth, Alison’s extensive experience in the industry ensures she can cover all aspects of village life.

In 2014, Alison was awarded Village Manager of the Year for her outstanding work in retirement living. She is passionate about the industry and the people who chose to live within it.
In addition to her experience, Alison holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Her main role at Ocean Gardens is all about the residents. Starting with welcoming residents and orientating them once settled in on facilities in the village and the day-to-day functionality.
Alison is also here to support all residents and families during their time at Ocean Gardens up until they leave, and she will guide them through the exit process.

She is looking forward to meeting more residents and families along her journey.
