Amanda is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Gardens and a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of leadership and strategic finance experience across a range of industries, including the not-for-profit health and disability services sector.

Since joining Ocean Gardens in 2022, Amanda has worked closely with staff, residents, families, and the Board to strengthen the organisation and support its long-term future. She has led several key initiatives, including the implementation of modern finance, HR, and payroll systems, and the improvement of operational processes that enable teams to focus on what matters most – delivering high-quality care and services to residents.

Amanda is passionate about creating positive outcomes for older people and fostering a culture where residents feel valued, supported, and connected. She believes strong leadership is built on collaboration, respect, and accountability, and is committed to ensuring Ocean Gardens remains a vibrant, welcoming community where residents can enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful lifestyle.
