Jacob Hollenberg
Chief Executive Officer
Jacob has over a decade of experience as a senior leader and management professional within the retirement living and aged care industry, having held General Manager positions in two of Western Australia’s largest not-for-profit retirement living and aged care service providers.
Over this time, Jacob’s focus has been working with the Board and senior management teams on the creation and successful delivery of strategic plans, whilst also seeking continuous improvement in operational areas of the business. He has been responsible for leadership and oversight of a broad range of operational functions including sales, customer service, facilities and asset management, commercial catering and delivery of new developments.
Jacob has led the delivery of several major retirement living and aged care projects alongside the planned redevelopment of several existing operational sites. This work has included implementing innovative and award-winning new models of providing care and accommodation that meets the needs of elders in the community.
He has an undergraduate degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Curtin University of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Curtin Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
