Nicole Gardiner has joined the Ocean Gardens team as Wellbeing Manager. She has extensive senior management experience of more than a decade, working over a variety of portfolios including, Residential Care, Home Care and Retirement Living.

In addition, Nicole has been a committee member of key community organisations including the Western Australian Primary Health Association in the Goldfields and the Local Disaster Management Groups in North Queensland which included the COVID-19 Preparedness Response Team.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) from Australian Catholic University and Foundations of Infection Prevention Control though the Australian College for Infection Prevention Control, Frontline Management. She was a finalist for the Regional and Community Awards in 2017 as well as a finalist for Employee of the year, Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) for outstanding achievement in aged care and community care sector 2018.
