Since joining Ocean Gardens in May 2013 as Gardens Supervisor, Shaun has grown into the pivotal role of Facilities Manager, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience, dedication, and deep knowledge of the village’s infrastructure and operations.

Starting with a focus on the village gardens, Shaun led the transformation of the outdoor spaces through thoughtful landscaping projects that have enhanced the beauty and usability of the grounds. His achievements include the recent complete renovation of the lawn bowls green, as well as major refurbishments of the kitchen, laundry, and restaurant — all of which have significantly improved the day-to-day experience for residents and staff alike.

Overseeing both the gardening and maintenance teams, Shaun also manages all unit refurbishments and coordinates the work of on-site contractors to ensure high standards and smooth project delivery across the village.

Known as the go-to person for historical knowledge about the village, Shaun is a trusted source of information and continuity. His commitment to maintaining and improving the village environment makes him an invaluable part of the team.
