Shelley is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in Business Advisory, Taxation, and Financial Planning. Since 2000, she has worked across a wide spectrum of the accounting industry, gaining invaluable insight into the unique needs of businesses and individuals alike.

Starting out in her hometown in country NSW, Shelley managed a portfolio of agribusiness clients before moving to Sydney to work with a variety of property development clienteles. She later expanded her expertise in Melbourne, advising a broad mix of small to medium enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and self-managed superannuation funds advisory.

In 2020, Shelley co-founded an accounting firm that rapidly grew to a team of 28 and was awarded as the Xero Accounting Partner of the Year in 2022. Following a well-deserved 12-month sabbatical, she joined the Ocean Gardens team, bringing with her a passion for collaboration and a commitment to delivering clear, efficient, and meaningful financial reporting.
