Finalists for the Organisational Award have all demonstrated a significant commitment to their workforce development. This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to workforce development. We have four categories of Organisations receiving this recognition, being: large, medium, small, and a special recognition. These organisations have shown a strong commitment and recognise the importance of workforce development using the DDI solutions in partnership with coaching from our accredited practitioners and licensees.
